Bids requested for new construction of a healthcare facility. The project consists of renovation of an existing building, with some expansion. Construction of the Southwest Louisiana Primary Healthcare, Inc. consists of concrete slab, wood frame, one story, medical, dental and mental health facilities, plus porte cochere entry, covered ambulance and administration entry, roof truss, metal roofing, brick veneer, accent EFlS, interior finishes, exterior finishes, concrete paving, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Bid Bond and Construction Bond is required.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Sealed Bids for Southwest Louisiana Primary Healthcare, Inc. – Opelousas, LA”, also include the name of the construction company and contractor’s Louisiana license number. Bids are to be delivered to Southwest Louisiana Primary Health Care Center, Inc. , located at 8762 LA. Hwy. 182. Opelousas, LA 70570.
